Went through my scans and decided to open up sketches. More Dream Time images, these from Dream Time II. The image above is Alexis in one of the
many dresses she has. The second one below is Cyle, a friend and fellow knight. This is a concept for his royalty dress.
Most of the outfits are rather plain, with very few embridered farbics or prints. Solid color is a big deal and Alexis whole wardrobe outside of her armor and battle tack are dresses with a modern flare.
The above dress was designed to be one color with a thin, see through gauze coat. white, black or a similar color depends on the color of the dress. What is important about both these outfits is that Cyle and Alexis wear the same clasp of a long bow edged gold plate with rain dropped dangles. The clasp is a standard on most clothing in Cyle's house and since Alexis pretty much moves in, her wardrobe was adjusted to match.
Forgive Alexis angry expression, I wanted to show some movement with the layers of the dress and so I picked an important scene later in the story where is she is confronting a prince who apparently doesn't know his place while in her presence. Alexis doesn't normally pull rank on others but this was an exception, and being in a dress is going to do little to stop her from making said prince eat dirt.
The circlet on her brow pretty much becomes standard at this point.
